I really wanted to love Little Bellies Spa, but my two visits felt like completely different experiences. Our first visit was wonderful. My husband and I booked online with no issues, check-in was quick, and the wait time was minimal. The staff was friendly, and we really appreciated being offered a complimentary return visit since not much could be seen at 5 weeks. That gesture meant a lot. The second visit, however, was not the same experience. I had to call to schedule because the system wouldn’t let me book online, and the receptionist seemed unsure about how the appointment system worked. She initially told me the free re-visit window was full, then corrected herself. I was verbally scheduled for a 12:45 appointment—but after the call, I was actually booked for 2:30pm. My husband and I arrived at 12:38 only to find the door locked. The staff had left for lunch about 20 minutes early, even though lunch was supposed to start at 1pm. The company admitted the scheduling mistake and apologized, which I appreciated, but I was told the technician was no longer on site. This was confusing, because I had seen the technician sitting in their car nearby—and during my conversation with the owners, I watched the same technician walk back inside the facility. I understand mistakes happen, but the overall handling of the situation felt disorganized and unprofessional. I truly wish my second visit had matched the quality of the first.

Today was my first experience at Little Bellies Spa and let me tell you, it was better than I could have ever imagined. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt so clean, comforting and friendly & before i knew it I was already getting my ultrasound done. Cynthia was absolutely amazing and she made me feel so comfortable and I got to see my little baby ❤️ 10/10 highly recommend this place if you are wanting some peace of mind especially in an early pregnancy. Will definitely be back in a few weeks.

It was quick, my bf and I was able to record, hear the heart beat, accurate due date and put the heartbeat on a stiff animal. We got a lot of pictures of our baby via email and I’m super satisfied with my Visit

I couldn’t be more happier with my experience here! The tech was very nice, and informative. She answered all my questions, and was able to put my mind at ease! Won’t break your wallet and very affordable. Will definitely be going back

The experience was definitely a 10 out of 10 I would recommend to all the mommies expecting. They are nice & friendly the atmosphere is very welcoming. It smells so good when you walk in , it’s also very spacious in the rooms for families to enjoy seeing little one . They take they time
